Refund Policy

This policy covers one-time credit packs purchased on hittheroaddudeai.org. Purchased credits never expire, but that does not extend the refund window.

Failed generations

Generation errors, timeouts and safety-filter rejections automatically return the affected credits. A completed clip that you do not like, including variation in likeness, gestures or timing, is not a failed generation.

Unused packs

Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been used.

Partially used packs

Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a refund for the unused credits remaining from that pack. The refund is calculated as the price paid for the pack divided by its number of credits, multiplied by the unused credits from that pack.

After 7 days, unused credits are not refundable. Used credits are not refundable except for failed generations or billing errors covered here, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

Contact us within 30 days of the charge if the amount was incorrect or you were charged more than once for the same purchase.

Requesting a refund

Email hewqbx@gmail.com from your account address, or open a support ticket. Include the order ID, purchase date and reason. Requests are reviewed and handled manually; no fixed support response time is promised.

Payment disputes

Please contact us about a payment problem before opening a dispute with your bank so we can review the order and any eligible refund.

Approved refunds

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method through the provider used for the purchase. Allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear; the bank or card issuer can affect the timing.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit refund rights under applicable consumer protection law.
